 I’d like to take time to share with you the ultimate purpose of this blog.  The purpose in the long run is to be a help and give assistance to those who serve in capacities of leadership, both in the non-profit, as well as the for-profit arenas.

I’ll be posting my biography although I’m somewhat reticent to post my own credentials.  Yet I understand for those that don’t personally know me, it is essential to establish my credibility to speak to such issues and matters.

My desire is for this blog is for it to become a melting pot of information regarding anything that has to do with leadership and helping others.  I have a business website www.agleadershipservices.com that will give you an idea about my business involvements.  You may also log onto my ministries’ website at www.clcnj.org and check out another one of the organizations that I lead.  I’m excited about rolling out a new website in September for the ministry, so stay tuned.

Lastly for this post, let me say that my goal is to “facilitate the success of others”!  That is my heart and passion.  I may not always be right in my choices or recommendations, but I will always have a heart to give away anything that God has given to me.  Both talents (God given abilities) and skills (learned leadership principles).  My greatest joy is to see others succeed. 

My mantra is simply this: “that which I am a part of, is more important than which part I play”.
